The Town of Krotz Springs has implemented CodeRED, a high-speed emergency mass notification service provided by Ormond Beach, FL-based OnSolve, LLC. The CodeRED system will serve as the backbone of the Town of Krotz Springs emergency planning and communications outreach to both citizens and staff. The system sends telephone calls, test messages, and emails to inform residents to better protect life and property. CodeRED was selected for its reliabilty and accuracy, as well as the system's wide spread adoption rates across the U.S.
OnSolve has provided the Town of Krotz Springs an intial database of residential and business telehone numbers; however all residents living within our radius are encouraged to enroll their contact information including cell phone numbers, and email addresses. No one should automatically assume they are in the emergency contact database.
To make sure you receive notifications, please register at town hall Monday-Friday, from 8am-4pm. Your contact information remains private and will only be used for community notifications.
